after order entry you will get an email with the paypal or bank details for your payment. After receiving the payment, you will get an order and shipping confirmation with your details.
Quiet studio is worldwide shipping. All prices for countries outside Europe are without tax. All prices are in Euro on the website. On the checkout your currency will be convert if you want to pay via PayPal or credit card. You get a tax free export for all countries outside Europe.
Each Quiet item is custom-made per order - it takes a little time to made. But it will shipped within 2 days after payment.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Within 14 days after receiving your package, Quiet items can be exchanged or returned new. Cost of return, duties, sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or need to be resized. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over 45 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service like a purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For online purchases through our website, Quiet Studio will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when accompanied by the original condition. We will only accept returns that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN. FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, i.e., your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order. For exchanges, only delivery shipping costs will be refunded. For returns, shipping is not refunded.
1) Returns for full refund are only accepted for items that may have defective Quality Control Issues that render the fashion completely UNWEARABLE such as below:
a. Rivets and/or locks break apart/off the construction of the accessory/fashion during wear.
b. Leather/Fabrics break during wear.
c. The actual teeth on the zippers breaking open.
d.Faulty QC issues that can hurt the skin - such as nails sticking out of leather/broken rivets.
2) Regular WEAR-and-TEAR are NOT ELIGIBLE for return/refunds/exchanges/discounts. Regular wear-and-tear include:
a. Cosmetic scuff on uppers
b. Regular color change by wearing and cosmetic scuffing on inside from the skin.
c. Scuffing on ornaments
d. Any sort of visible wear that resulted from customer wear
e. Any damage claims resulted from apparent misuse or unreasonably prolonged wear.
f. Our company holds no obligation for any visible wear-and-tear incurred by the wearer that
does not render the product unwearable due to quality or production issues.
In order to return merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the product(s) you would like to return. Please state the reason for the return and you must include photographs of the accessories and fashion to show the state of their condition. All returns must be in the original box, bag and use original packaging material to protect the items in transit. Place in an appropriate shipping box. Do not send items back with the Quiet box exposed.
Keep a record of your tracking number.
Drop off your package at a e.g. FedEx/DHL store or drop off location (for your closest location please visit e.g. www.fedex.com).
Quiet studio reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.
Refunds and Processing Time
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once your return has been processed. Once your return is received it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Please email email@example.com to request an exchange. Once your exchange is approved, please follow the procedure outlined above. We don't pay the return shipping fee and processing for exchanges. Your return on your exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you via FedEx/DHLand only delivery shipment costs will not be refunded.
1) Exchanges on non-defective products are only allowed if they are completely UNWORN in their original condition.
a. Accessories and Lingerie/All Packaging need to be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION in
order to qualify for an exchange.
b. Before issuing an exchange, please have the customer send photos of the items
condition for approval.
c. If there is a visible wear, we cannot permit the exchange.
We do not refund or cover duties/taxes/freight/customs for inbound or outbound returns or exchanges.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All orders leave our studio 2 days at the latest after getting your order. The shipping duration depends on every country which is declared on the order page.
All prices inside EU include tax fee, all orders outside EU are tax free export.
In case of problems or when a product is no longer available, we reserve the right not to deliver the ordered product and of sending you information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and price, which you can order then. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will reimburse any monies that you may have already paid for the products are not available to us.
